Between 3PM and 5PM GMT on the 9 November 2021 the creation of some new mandates through the GoCardless Payment Pages were unsuccessful.

This technical incident affected the Hosted Payment Pages, which are underpinned by the Redirect Flows API. New requests that were made to this API weren’t successful, however visits to existing payment pages succeeded as normal.

This issue has since been resolved, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. We are taking appropriate steps to prevent this from occurring again.
