Resolved - We are seeing the Instant Bank Payments (IBPs) for payers using Barclays Bank return to normal and are working as expected.

Payers should not face any issues with IBPs going forward.

Investigating - We are seeing an issue with Instant Bank Payments for payers with Barclays Bank. To avoid further disruptions, the Barclays bank will not appear on the list of institutions for Instant Bank Payments (on the payer's side).

During this outage, Lloyds Bank will be unavailable in the list of Institutions meaning Instant Bank Payments and Verified Mandates related to this bank will be unavailable. This will be reverted once the planned outage is completed.

Resolved - Monzo Bank has now completed their downtime and we have re-enabled the bank on the list of institutions for Instant Bank Payments. Payers will now be able to make payments through Monzo Bank without any issues.

Monitoring - We can now confirm that Monzo Bank is having a downtime causing this issue. We are expecting this to be resolved by 23:45 BST (14/06/2024).

Our team is monitoring the situation and will enable Monzo Bank once the downtime is completed.

Update - The filters for exports on the GoCardless dashboard are now working correctly.

We've taken steps to improve how long it takes to export data, but there is a backlog that will take several hours to clear.

Identified - We've received reports of the GoCardless Dashboard exports taking longer than expected and and filters not working.

Resolved - We're enabling "HSBC" and "HSBC Business" to appear on the list of institutions for Instant Bank Payments.
Payers will now be able to make payments through "HSBC" and "HSBC Business" without any issues.
