Intermittent issues with Instant Bank Payments for Virgin Money.

We are seeing an increase in Instant Bank Payments failing for Virgin Money Bank. As a result, this bank will not appear for Instant Bank Payments in the list of institutions (on the payer’s side).

Our team is working with Virgin Money on resolving the issue. We will get back with an update as soon as the issue is fixed.

Update
We are still receiving a small number of failures with Instant Bank Payments made to Virgin Money Bank. As most payments are collected successfully, the bank will still be available in the list of institutions for payers. However, we will reach out to all merchants who have been affected by the issue.

We will continue monitoring the situation.

We are seeing issues with Virgin Money Bank going down at the moment. We've enabled the bank now and will be available again in the list of institutions for Instant Bank Payments.
