Between 15:30-17:30 UTC, on Friday 18th March 2022, the “sandbox” environment will be unavailable whilst GoCardless engineers perform planned maintenance on the primary data store for the system, as part of an initiative to ensure long-term performance and scalability.
During this time, the API (api-sandbox.gocardless.com), dashboard (manage-sandbox.gocardless.com), webhooks and other components will be unavailable and will return error codes.
The live environment will not be affected: all payment processing operations will continue as normal.
We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
