We have identified an issue affecting direct debit mandates for customers holding accounts with Société Générale and Boursorama/BoursoBank whereby collections for impacted payers have failed and the mandates cancelled.

We are working closely with our partner bank to identify the root cause and assess the full impact. We will provide a further update as soon as more information becomes available.
