The second and final planned maintenance is now complete. Affected services were impacted for 1 minute, between 02:26 and 02:27 BST and for 2 minutes between 02:30 to 02:32 BST.
We have identified an issue with background processing which is impacting the delivery of notifications. We are working to apply a fix.

GoCardless will be performing essential maintenance on 19th May between 1400 BST and 1500 BST, lasting at least 5 minutes and up to 1 hour.
During this time, GoCardless APIs will be unavailable. This means that API requests, the GoCardless dashboard and payment pages will be unavailable. Payments and new mandates will not be able to be created.
To minimise the impact on your operations we have scheduled the maintenance over a weekend, outside of any scheduled payment runs, and have ensured the maintenance is as short as possible.
Processing of payments that have already been scheduled will be unaffected.
